Mr. Pham Chanh Trung is Director of The Office for Population and Family Planning in Ho Chi Minh City. He has many years of experiences in population and development in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, he is focusing on activities to improve the quality of the population, solutions to address low fertility and expand models of elderly care to suit the characteristics of the community. With his experiences in population management, he is currently offering communication models to improve the quality of the population to approach the specifics of socio-economic development. He also tries to exchange and cooperate to form suitable elderly care models specifically in Ho Chi Minh City.
