Mrs. Bui Thi Ninh is Director of the Bureau for Employers Activities at the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in Ho Chi Minh City, which represents the business community, business associations and employers in Viet Nam. Mrs. Bui Thi Ninh has worked extensively on trade and business development issues, and is leading national advocacy to improve the business environment and business responsibility, particularly in the labour field and skills development. Mrs. Bui Thi Ninh has a Master’s degree in Development Policies and Practices from the Graduate Institute in Geneva and a B.A. from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics.
